Blend of 80% Marriages' Manitoba flour and 20% Ancient Grain. Rich with sunflower and pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients: Sourdough starter, white flour, wholewheat flour, salt, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and water. Seed crust (sesame, pumpkin, sunflower and pumpkin) - add in notes any variations.
