Our Story

Kew Artisan Bread

We have a passion for great, authentic food. We have been researching and developing what we believe is a very special sourdough bread.

Our bread takes 24-36 hours from starter development, working and proofing the dough, overnight chilling (retardation), through to final morning baking and delivery. Our bread arrives still warm.

Our sourdough starter is a San Francisco sourdough called Willow. We work with Marriage's Millers Manitoba Flour and WildFarmed Wholewheat.
