Sourdough Croissants (x8) (Thu)
Our croissants use our sourdough starter plus a little yeast, Marriages Manitoba flour, unsalter butter, milk, golden caster sugar and a pinch of salt. They are glazed with eggwash. As with our other products these take 36 hours from starter feed to final bake.

Some of our products contain nuts and other allergens such as dairy and gluten. All of our products are hand-made and produced in the same space. Although we are extremely careful to prevent cross-contamination, there is still a small risk that traces of allergens could be present in all of our products. Please email us if you are unsure.
